Your photo is carefully blended into a fine art design using light, contrast, and brush detail.

 

At first, you see a beautiful piece of artwork. When you step back or gently squint your eyes, the hidden portrait becomes visible. It's a subtle illusion that reveals your memory in a unique and emotional way.

How do I upload my photo?

After selecting your frame size, click the "Upload Your Photo" button on the product page and choose your image.

 

Your photo will automatically be linked to your order once you complete checkout-no need to email us separately. 

Is the quality of my photo good enough to use?

Yes! We can work with almost any photo. Our designers carefully refine your image and transform it into a hidden portrait illusion fine art.

Where can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

When your artwork is completed and shipped, you'll receive another email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

How can I edit the final artwork?

You can leave your instructions when placing your order if you have specific preferences (portrait visibility, subject distance)

 

Once we send you the preview variations of your artwork, you can also request adjustments or share additional instructions until you're happy with the final result.

When will I receive the artwork variations?

We will send you the first artwork variations within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.

 

You can review the options, choose your favorite, or request adjustments before we finalize your artwork.

How long will it take for my portrait to arrive, and how much does shipping cost?

We offer free fast shipping on every order.


After you approve your final artwork, most orders are produced and shipped within 2-4 business days. All canvases are printed and shipped from the United States, and delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.


If your order appears to be delayed, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@turnmefineart.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Will you send me a tracking number?

Yes. Once your artwork is approved and your canvas ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order's delivery.


All orders are printed and shipped from the United States, and delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2-5 business days after shipping.


If you haven't received a tracking email after your artwork has been approved and shipped, please contact us at support@turnmefineart.com and we'll be happy to help. 

My tracking number isn't working!


Sometimes tracking numbers can take 24 hours to update after the package leaves the print facility.


If your tracking number still isn't updating after that time, please contact our support team at support@turnmefineart.com and we'll gladly check the status of your order for you.

How secure is the packaging?

Our packaging is carefully designed to protect your artwork during transit.


Each canvas is securely wrapped to protect it from moisture and dust, and safely positioned inside a sturdy box to help prevent scuffs, bends, or damage while shipping.


In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at support@turnmefineart.com .  We'll gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Revisions & Modifications:
Before your artwork is printed, you'll receive preview variations. You can request unlimited revisions to ensure everything looks exactly how you want. We'll continue refining your artwork until you're fully satisfied with the result.

We don't move to production until you're completely happy. You can request unlimited artwork revisions until you feel confident and satisfied with your final piece,

My order was damaged when it arrived. What now?

If your canvas arrives damaged, we'll gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.

If I change my mind, am I able to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been sent to production.


Once your artwork is approved and the order is sent to production, we're unable to cancel it, as every piece is custom-made specifically for you.
